Travel payments and fees are non-refundable, as they are governed by the policies of each travel supplier. We always recommend travel protection insurance to minimize financial risk.
We operate during standard business hours:
Monday, Friday, & Saturday: 5 PM – 9 PM EST
Tuesday & Wednesday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Closed Sundays and holidays.
Yes! Many of our travel packages come with affordable monthly payment plans, depending on the supplier and the travel date.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive:
- A personal invoice
- A payment schedule
- A secure payment link for every installment
You are responsible for submitting payments on or before the listed due dates.
If a traveler misses a payment, their reservation may be canceled by the supplier, without refund.
If someone drops out, room rates and group pricing may change for the remaining travelers. It is the group leader’s responsibility to ensure their travelers follow the payment schedule.
You’ll receive:
- A confirmation email
- A personalized client portal (if applicable)
- Ongoing travel updates
- Payment reminders
- Tips and preparation guidance
- Final travel documents before departure

Documentation depends on your destination, but here are the general guidelines:
- International Travel: A valid passport that does not expire within 6 months of your return date.
- Cruises: Passports are strongly recommended. Some closed-loop cruises may accept a birth certificate + government-issued ID.
- Domestic Travel: A REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or ID is now required for TSA screening on domestic flights.
(If you don’t have a REAL ID, you must bring a valid passport.)
